It is designed to be very slim and this portable CD/DVD writer operates DVD at 8X speed and CD at 24X speed. What is the special feature is we don't need any separate power supply to use this CD/DVD writer it uses the USB power itself. Along with this writer to writing software called Cyberlink Power2Go is pre installed and a 30 days trial period software Media Show is given free. Using this software we can arrange up our media files too other than writing and reading CD/DVD. Writer has capability of writing up to latest technology Dual Layer DVD Media Files.
